Does this software give me the capability to lock the ECU after I flash to in order to keep a customer from making changes?

I'vnt seen this funtion in this software.
If you would lock your flash you must go to ecutek.

I think it's possible ....

ok and how would you do that?
Similar to the Ecutek way. By changing the communication port?

i think it depend of what car you want to read protect ...

i think the ecutek system not lock ktag read only obd ... so it's not a very good protection

There is ways of doing it... using hex

It wont lock it but it will make it difficult to see the tune for the inexeprienced

modifying read keys in the rom
then it's possible to write to ecu but nobody can read
i use it on EDM cars
