When building a custom graph using a column or row header that has both positive and negative numbers, the columns/rows are not displayed in order.

Here's an example:

(same thing happens for row ordering)

It seems like it is ordered least to greatest, but grouped by those values above zero, then separately those below zero. I think these should be ordered least to greatest without a break in order at zero.
