engine load calculation

Can someone tell me what the formula is for the calculation of engine load? at the very least, I'd like to know how boost vs vacuum relates to engine load values. Thanks!

If load units are supposed to be g/rev, then:
=(MAF*60)/RPM

If load units are supposed to be g/cyl, then:
=(MAF*60)/RPM/2
