Hello epifan you write: "program can be linked to only one car by VIN-number"

But can i look in other maps (bin file) from other mps, with the software?
I mean when a friend of me who own mazdaedit too, send me his ecu file, can i open it with my mazdaedit personal to see what he change or to copy mayby some parts of his ecu deffinition?

As i understand the only limitation of the personal edition is that i can only write to my own ecu?!

Thanks ilusch

Epifan, I just want to get your statement right: you're saying that "# map editor including same maps as Pro version" - is it "some" maps, as in some already tested performance maps, or is it "same" maps, meaning the stock ECU maps just with some recalibration?
I just want to understand what else I actually need after I purchase your product.

Thanks!

This only means that a set of available maps in personal version is same as in Pro version. I did not provide any tune maps. Then you download ROM bin from your ECU it will be with original factory calibrations. And you can tune them for your own goals.

What else does this package include? Along with the software will we also get OBD-II cables to read/log the parameters and read/write the ECU maps?
If the package does not include them then do you offer them separately?

Sorry for bothering you with all these questions, but I'm really interested in getting a complete tuning solution such as the Cobb Access Port but for the europream version of mazdaspeed3, the mazda 3MPS (mine is a 2008 model).

DO you provide all the XML definitions along with this version. I have a 2008 CX7 2.3l Turbo. If I purchase this software will I be able to pull my bin file from my ECU, open tables and edit the defined tables, then write that back to the ECU?

Are you prepared to offer a trial version that will only read and edit the bin file and not write to the ECU? I want to make sure this will all work with my car before I spend the $250! Money back guarantee if it doesn't?

Also, does the definition for the CX7's include a table for the throttle plate angle limit? That way we can adjust the map to allow the throttle to open fully, as it does not do this now :D

Thanks,
Zach

I'll create small utility which will be check supported ECU.

You can only reach throttle about 5-10% depending on model

When can we expect this? Where will it be available for download?

What do you mean by this? Do you mean there is a 5-10% error margin because of the drive by wire? Basically I just want to know that I can adjust it from the stock form to allow it to open more, as well as the 1st and 2nd gear boost maps.
