New feature: custom log in LogViewer calculated using Maps

Postby epifan » Tue Apr 22, 2008 6:38 pm

Released new version of ecuEdit with new logViewer function:
1. Open ECU bin file
2. Open desired maps of this ECU (for example: Desired boost)
3. Open log file
4. Right mouse click on logs list view (on the top of window)
5. Choose "Add custom log..."
6. Enter log name, for example "Map boost"
7. Enter expression: "[map]" - this is mean, that you want to calculate log values using first selected map. You can enter any formulas using variables from logs or another maps.
8. At [map] node choose ECU window, ECU map, and log parameters for Cols and Rows (for 3D map). For example: Row = Engine RPM, Col = Throttle Position
9. Apply "Set" button and view new custom log

Nice job! :D

Can you add the ability to remember all the custom logs parameters defined when switching on a new log file? (template ?)
