XML Issue

Postby prodrive » Wed Mar 26, 2008 9:02 am

hi,

I download ecuedit but I could not find a XML map description for either my 2005 EDM sti or other subarus. What will happen if I buy the full version? How can I obtain map describtions for subaru?

Waitin for urgent reply.

Program don't distribute with ECU XML descriptions.

For Subaru ECU you can use xmlwrite for automatic generation XML. XMLWrite
generate descriptions which are equal Ec*T*k descriptions.

For EVO, I have some XML's but I can send XML's to registered users only.

Also, you can convert EcuFlash or Enginuity XML description to EcuEdit
format using ecuEdit convert functions.

Thanks for reply. But I don't know where can I find XMLwrite. Will you send it if I become a registered user or should I download from somewhere in the net?(I looked for it but I could not find it)

You can convert descriptions from Enginuity(romraider) or EcuFlash for using ecuEdit trial version or point me your ecu ID and I send to you description.

thanks. ecu id is 4342594006, Internal ID: A8DH200Z 2006 EDM STI. Conversion is ok from ecuflash or enqunity but XMLwrite has much more compilacated maps than ecuflash or enqunity as everyone says, therefore I need it.

thx.
