I have probably paid for the ecedit the most, I first bought the logger, then i bought the Pro, when I tried upgrading to new version unable to do so, tried to get help via email, no progress, bought logger version again, updated and getting rquest for new username key. Cant get any response from Epifan.

May be you just check your mail box, or spam filter or create e-mail account on good host. I've send to you about 10+ mails, and no one, I think, do not arrived!
