Too many selections to get dash display

Postby wi77iam » Wed Sep 27, 2006 11:17 pm

To display the dashboard, you must start the program, select the Logger, connect to the ecu, select the dashboard, then unpause the logger. Can you make it so that you can start the logger directly and automatically connect to the ecu? Why must you unpause the logger everytime?

To get around this, I created an AutoIt script, but it would be nice to have the options in the program itself.

In new version you can automaticly start logger with
dash screen active:

1. Open Logger window. In connect menu check "Auto Connect on
Startup" and uncheck "Pause logging after connect". Close window.
Close program.
2. Execute:
ecuedit.exe -ssm -dash

New version: http://www.epifansoft.com/download/ecuEdit.exe
This executable file, just copy it in ecuEdit folder.
