Hello everyone...

Epifan, very interesting software you have here. Myself and many others would love support for the 2010 2.5 liter Mazda 3. :D Also I have a few questions regarding features.

1) With ecuEdit can I change/remove the top speed limit. Currently it is set to 118 mph.

2) Is it possible to set custom automatic transmission shift points?

3) Is it possible to adjust the Rev Limit?

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

I see that you have the 1.6 and 2.0 mazda 3 listed as supported platforms. Will there be support for the 2.3 n/a?

Been working on the 2.3n/a myself. So far the results are good. But more testing needs to be done. Hopefully this week I will have more.

I have friends who have RX-8. If have chance to read my friend RX-8 rom would send to Epifan soon.
Not sure if Epifan has RX-8 rom yet. I guess he didn't have one. If he has, he would able to make its xml by now.

Oh I have the ROM's decoded completely, in fact I'm working on decoding down to the SH2 ASM level to see all the code that makes up the whole Hitachi Automobile OS that it runs. I just need a way to flash. I briefly played around with the Mazda Module Flasher that the techs at Mazda use, and was able to get some interesting information from that and I was able to procure a few ROM's including one that is supposedly tuned by Racing Beat. I have some basic ROM Raider XML's I'm building out, currently I have one complete for ROM's with the vehicle immobilizer removed from the code, little more work to do on ones with it still in the code. Just been busy on a few other projects so haven't had all the time to dedicate to it. I love this kinda stuff, and once I'm done reverse engineering the entire ROM I think I'll see about doing more indepth tweaks to it, like how the stability control reacts and so on.

RX-8 ROM is readable by mazdaEdit. I'm waiting for meeting RX8 user with old ECU revision. I can get all info during OEM flash process.
