But I won't be wasting the $150 to find out especially after the $125 I wasted on ecuedit 2.xx the only thing I even use this for is to view my logs. Not upgarding existing customers is very lame.

I don't understand you. You have FREE upgrade ability to new version with same basic functionality as previous major version. Upgrade cost from Standard to Pro is $30. Free upgrades for major version is unusual practice! Because all major upgrades is not free for most products. Look at Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word and other. I spend many time and invest some money to build Flash support and you think this is must be for FREE?

P.S. You still can use ecuEdit Standard for free + free flash tools

I guess I missed the $30 part for existing customers that is much better I still don't understand what the free flash tools are vs the pro version does the map tracer work better in the new version?

Epifan, The new version of EcuEdit doesnt read me engine load properly.

I have a drop down box next to the engine load which has several options, but none of them actually log the engine load.

I'd also like to know about this issue. I'm looking into purchasing the software, so would rather know I'm going to be paying for something that's going to work with my ECU.

Excellent software. I use this exclusively when I tune cars. It offers all the necessary tools in one package. Easy to manipulate. Good Job.

The dyno feature does need some work. Its not really reliable or I may be using it wrong. Maybe you can explain the operation.

The Map Calculator Template function works nicely. Speeds up the operation when manipulating both maps. Great job.

Can I just check the box "EcuEdit Executable File Only" in the Set Up Wizard without having to re-register?
