Downloaded 3.11.16.830 a couple of months ago and tried to use for the 1st time today.
Initially I got 'Can't load Kernel S_HC16_v106' error.
I found a link on this forum to a Kernel download which contained S_HC16_v106
However, now I get the following :

I have never had a problem loading to this car's ECU on previous versions.
I have now moved all my ECUEdit files into backup directory and re-downloaded the latest.
This doesn't even appear to come with any Kernels ??
I run ECUEdit Pro/Admin, so not sure if this makes any difference.
Any help appreciated Thanks
