question before buying

Hi,
I have a 01/02 STI RA Type C ECU
my ecu: JDM STI 7 RA Type C 01/02 - ag970 3391

It has been flashed with EcuTeK (latest version 2.x), i know, how stupid of me, but i need some help here.

Can ecuEdit read my ECU (as in download the ROM from an EcuTeK flashed/locked ecu) and then edit the file, or not.

answers would be appreciated....
