Teckedge WBO2 not logging

Postby XNWRX » Wed Jan 03, 2007 5:05 pm

Tried to log my Teckedge through Ecuedit but I was unsuccessful !
I can see the correct serial packets going through the serial port using Ecuedit "tools" "port reader" but I had to reconfigure the port datarate to 19200 Bauds (default to 9600 Bauds when opening Ecuedit).
It looks like EcuEdit tries to read the Teckedge at 9600 Bauds while the Teckedge transmits frames at 19200 Bauds.
Any idea please.

Please send to me "Port Reader" log, I try to find problem. Baudrate is 19200 - you can check it through PortMon.

BTW, I don't try to test WBO2 because I don't have this device and don't know anyone who can check it.

Thanks Epifan.

Here is a copy of the "Port reader" log :

This one is 100% compliant with Teckedge WBO2 data format v2.0 (also tested with v1.5).

Where can I find "PortMon" to check the Baudrate ?

Thank you epifan, seems to work now.
I can see one problem whislt logging : with the WBO2 activated, logging more than a few parameters leads to consistent incorrect values on all parameters. It works fine with 4 to 5 parameters, not more.
