Windows Vista How To Register

There are some security changes in Vista that make registering a pain in the ass. First off you need to take control of the folder that contains ecuedit. Right click on the folder c:\program files\ecuedit goto properties and then the security tab Click the advanced tab then click on the owner tab and click edit then click the box that says replace owner of this object then click ok this will take ownership of the folder. Next goto c:\program files\ecuedit right click on the file ecuedit.exe and click the compatibility tab click the show settings for all users and check the windows xp sp2 mode box and also the run as administrator box. Click ok and register your ECUEDIT.
