xml required and bugs with enginuity logger file

Postby XNWRX » Sun Apr 20, 2008 6:11 pm

Hi epifan,

I have two problems.

1 - I installed the latest release along with the last ECU and logger definition files from enginuity (all together). Since then, I cannot apply any item from the tool window : troublecode reader doesn't work, I cannot reset the ECU, when I try to read memory I have a popup window saying "memory definition not found", and "trigger to file on" item only shows "none". It seems I've erased a required xml file ! can you please help me ?

2 - since I've imported ECU and logger definition files from Enginuity, I have many "floating point error" or "floating point division error" when I try to apply "calculated" parameters in the real time logger. This requires the application to be killed to recover !

Thank you ;-)

Remove Enginuity converted logger's XML and all be fine. Or save your ecuEdit folder and reinstall full ecuEdit package.

Try to find parameter that issue a error. And send to me your logger definitions and parameter name
